Terms of Service

Important: Software Only

NEXACOD is a technology provider. We are NOT a payment processor for COD funds. We do not collect, hold, or transfer cash from your customers.

1. Subscriptions & Fees

Software Fees: Access requires a paid subscription billed in advance via Stripe or PayPal.

No Transaction Fees: We do not charge a percentage fee on your COD collections.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by UK law or our specific refund policy.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • ✖ Illegal goods or drugs
  • ✖ Unsolicited Spam/SMS
  • ✖ Malicious code/Viruses
  • ✖ Fraudulent schemes

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
