Software & Merchant Responsibilities

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Disclaimer

NEXACOD Is A Software Provider Only.

  • We do not touch, hold, or transfer cash collected from your customers.
  • You are solely responsible for arranging cash collection with your delivery partners.
  • Discrepancies regarding COD amounts are strictly between you and your logistics provider.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied.

Contact support to initiate a request. Refunds are not issued for partial months after the cooling-off period.


3. End-Customer Refunds

Since NEXACOD does not process payments for goods sold, we cannot issue refunds to your end-customers. You are responsible for your own return policies.
