- Operational Data: Leads, orders, and customer data uploaded via CSV or integrations. We process this strictly as a Data Processor.
- Usage Data: IP addresses, device info, and browser types for security and analytics.

- To provide and maintain the NEXACOD software.
- To facilitate operational workflows like invoice generation and stock syncing.
- To process subscription payments via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).
Note: We do not use your end-customer data for our own marketing purposes.
